Privacy policy
We keep the Keyflip experience privacy-first. All text transformations stay in the browser. This document explains what limited analytics we collect and how to reach us regarding data questions.
Processing scope
Keyflip does not transmit user-provided text to our servers. Input and output stay on the client device. We collect aggregated Google Analytics 4 metrics such as page views, feature clicks, and language switches to understand adoption and improve the service. These metrics never include the text that users enter or other personal identifiers.
Cookies and tracking
We load the Google Analytics 4 library (gtag.js) directly on our pages. GA4 may set first-party cookies to remember repeat visits, approximate location, device type, and interaction counts. The data is used solely for traffic statistics and product optimisation; we do not enable advertising features or share GA4 audiences with third parties. You can block analytics scripts or clear cookies without limiting the fixer functionality.
Data retention
Aggregated usage data is retained for up to 14 months in GA4 to measure adoption. We periodically review the dataset and delete segments that are no longer required for product health monitoring.
